BF.direkt brokers and structures financing for project development worth EUR 35 million

• Residential project for around 200 residential units in Berlin-Brandenburg region
• Financing comprises bank loans and KfW funding

Stuttgart, 26 March 2020 – BF.direkt AG, the specialist for property project financing, has brokered and structured financing of around EUR 35 million. The capital will be used to finance the construction of a residential estate in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. Once completed, the project will comprise around 200 residential units with living space of approximately 20,000 square metres. The project also includes underground parking facilities and a supermarket. Completion is scheduled for autumn 2021. In addition to the bank loan, the investor is also receiving KfW funding.
