BF.direkt structures financing for two nursing care facilities

• Financing volume of around EUR 19 million
• Properties located in eastern Ruhr area and Rhineland

Stuttgart, 1 April 2020 – BF.direkt AG, the specialist for property project financing, has structured the financing for the construction of two nursing care facilities. The financing vol-ume amounts to around EUR 19 million. The loan-to-cost (LTC) ratio is 73%. The properties are located in the eastern Ruhr area and the Rhineland, and are being built by a leading pro-ject developer in the field of nursing care facilities. The two properties have been leased to a renowned nursing facility operator on long-term contracts.

Market uncertainty has risen substantially since then. Construction is being delayed and investment decisions are being postponed.
