BF.direkt specialises in the structuring of financing arrangements for institutional investors active in residential and commercial real estate. The idea behind structured finance is to put a given financing plan on a sound basis that takes specific economic and fiscal requirements into account.

Our interdisciplinary team of advisers is characterised by long-term expertise in the structuring of complex financing processes. Working closely together with all parties to the contract, we will analyse the passive side of the borrower, identify financing risks, and devise a viable capital structure. Whenever financing is already in place, we will identify optimisation potential and develop restructuring solutions.

We will support our clients throughout the financing process, including the negotiations with banking partners, and the implementation of the planned investment or the restructuring, extending or rescheduling of debt. Neither does the transaction end for us with a successful signing but continues with transparent reporting.
